Preparation

  • 01. Pour the lemon juice, triple sec and cane sugar into a large container.
  • 02. Gently stir the mixture with your mixing spoon.
  • 03. Leave to macerate for 24 hours in a cool place.
  • 04. Just before serving in the flute, add the chilled Crémant and mix again.

Tip

  • For a fruitier note, replace the lemonade with lemon soda.
