A very simple and quick game to set up, with no equipment required. There's no reason not to play!
Material required
- Shot glasses
Goal of the game
Try never to make eye contact with other players, or you may regret it.
Setup
- 01. Prepare a shot glass per player.
- 02. Sit around a table so that you can see everyone clearly.
Gameplay
- 01. At the beginning of each round, everyone lowers their heads so that they can no longer see the others.
- 02. A countdown from 3 to 0 begins, at the end of which everyone looks up and stares another player in the eyes.
- 03. If the player you are staring at stares back at you, then you both drink a shot and lose a life.
- 04. Repeat until only one player has at least one life left; that player is declared the winner of the game.
Variant
- If you're less of a gambler, a variation is to shout “Medusa!” when you catch another player's eye, and only the slower of the two drinks their shot.
